Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.
