Technologyfor everyone.
HatchFutures is not a foundation. It is a belief. That the technology gap is closeable. That young people deserve access to the tools shaping the future. And that those of us who work in tech have a responsibility to make that happen.
The Philosophy
Not a nonprofit.
A mindset.
HatchFutures is the answer to a question every person in tech should be asking: what am I doing to make sure this is not just for the few?
Technology moves fast. The gap between those who build it and those who never get the chance keeps growing. HatchFutures is how HatchWorks acts on that, starting from the communities where our team lives and works across North and South America.
No bureaucracy. Just people with skills passing them on to the people who need them most.
-
Technology should be democratic
Access to technology education should not depend on where you were born or how much your school has in its budget.
-
The gap is closeable
The skills gap is not a natural law. It is a systemic failure. And systemic failures can be fixed by people who decide to act.
-
From your field of action
You do not need to quit your job to change things. HatchFutures is proof that companies can build real impact into how they operate, not as an afterthought.
-
Youth first, always
We focus on young people because that is where the seed grows furthest. Skills acquired early become careers, communities, and cycles broken.

Why Educators
One teacher reaches
hundreds of students.
We train the people who plant the seed. Educators who understand technology can change classrooms, careers, and communities at scale. That is where our focus goes, and that is why we built two pathways for them to start.
How We Show Up
Three ways
we act on it.
Every program is designed to create a real path — not just a moment.
-
01
AI Workshops
One-day sessions run by HatchWorks team members in English and Spanish. We go into schools, bring real tools, and show young people what a career in tech actually looks like.
-
02
Real Internships
Up to 6 months working alongside HatchWorks engineers and business professionals on actual client projects. The best interns get a job offer, here or at a partner company.
-
03
Volunteering and Giving
Every Hatcher dedicates three days per year to community work. Clothing drives, fundraising, and partnerships with Girls Who Code, Year Up, and Bright Futures Atlanta.
"I believe businesses should exist for more than profit. I have seen what happens when people are given real opportunity. That is why HatchFutures exists."
Brandon Powell — Founder and CEO, HatchWorks AI. Harvard Business School. 2023 Nearshore Entrepreneur of the Year. Founder, HatchFutures.
