HatchFutures is the answer to a question every person in tech should be asking: what am I doing to make sure this is not just for the few?

Technology moves fast. The gap between those who build it and those who never get the chance keeps growing. HatchFutures is how HatchWorks acts on that, starting from the communities where our team lives and works across North and South America.

No bureaucracy. Just people with skills passing them on to the people who need them most.

Access to technology education should not depend on where you were born or how much your school has in its budget.
The gap is closeable

The skills gap is not a natural law. It is a systemic failure. And systemic failures can be fixed by people who decide to act.

We focus on young people because that is where the seed grows furthest. Skills acquired early become careers, communities, and cycles broken.

Why Educators

One teacher reaches
hundreds of students.

We train the people who plant the seed. Educators who understand technology can change classrooms, careers, and communities at scale. That is where our focus goes, and that is why we built two pathways for them to start.

Every program is designed to create a real path — not just a moment.

AI Workshops

One-day sessions run by HatchWorks AI team members in English and Spanish. We focus on teachers, and we have also run them for school and college students. We go in with real tools and show what a career in tech actually looks like.

Real Internships

Up to 6 months working alongside HatchWorks engineers and business professionals on actual client projects. Several interns have joined us as Hatchers after finishing the program.

HatchGivings

Our volunteering and giving program. Hatchers collect toys, cleaning products, and school supplies for the communities we work in, because there can be no technology without basic needs met first.
