CEO Coaching International works with some of the world’s most impactful CEOs to help them lead and grow with precision. With AI playing a growing role in executive enablement, the firm set out to evolve “Eve,” its AI-powered coaching assistant.

Partnering with HatchWorks AI, they took Eve from a promising proof of concept to a secure, scalable AI agent that now actively supports hundreds of high-level coaching sessions every month.

The Challenge

CEO Coaching International had built a working PoC of Eve, the AI-powered coaching assistant. While promising, the prototype wasn’t scalable or robust enough to support the volume of high-level coaching sessions conducted weekly across their network.

They needed to:

  • Advance Eve from PoC to a production-grade solution
  • Architect a secure, enterprise-scale backend
  • Improve the agent’s feature set for actionable insight delivery
  • Ensure Eve could seamlessly support hundreds of real coaching calls per month

HatchWorks AI redesigned Eve’s system architecture to support enterprise-grade security, performance, and scalability—ensuring the platform could meet the needs of CEO Coaching International’s elite clientele.

The upgraded Eve now joins coaching calls automatically, capturing critical data points, identifying key trends, and summarizing discussion topics into concise, secure post-session reports.

Beyond supporting the CEO, Eve also provides feedback to coaches, helping them fine-tune their approach and deliver maximum value across engagements.
