Hatchworks Community
At HatchWorks, we are committed to giving back to the rising generation of technologists in Georgia, Illinois, and Costa Rica. Hatch Futures is a professional development and volunteer program for empowering at-risk youth with the skills they need to build a brighter future.
We have a widening income and education gap in the United States and many technology job opportunities are outsourced to other countries because we lack a fully trained workforce. Hatch Futures seeks to resolve this challenge and empower at-risk youth with hands-on technology training and mentoring across a variety of disciplines, career development and financial support for continued educational opportunities.
Summer Internships
Our six-week internship provides selected candidates with exposure to professional work environments and hands-on training for technology skills.Charitable Giving
We encourage charitable giving through clothing and food drives, fundraising, and donating—because no contribution is too small.Volunteering
Our entire team dedicates 3+ days per year to volunteering at local organizations, and we encourage others to get involved by inviting our partners, customers, and families to volunteer with us.“Giving back is part of who we are, and we’re using our skills in technology to give back to kids in our community through the Hatch Futures program.”
—Brandon Powell
