The Challenge
WealthAbility relied on manual processes for tax and wealth projections, requiring sales teams to input complex financial data into spreadsheets. This inefficient system led to human errors, inaccurate projections, and inconsistencies in financial reports—causing client frustration and refund requests. Additionally, a lack of automation slowed lead qualification, prolonged sales cycles, and made onboarding new hires time-consuming.
